Dave's pick of the week for the 13th of July 2022 is washed Potatoes which are at a great price in all Harris Farm stores.

My pick of the pick is washed potatoes. Excellent crops are arriving from South Australia now.

Bake, mash, chip, or boil for potato salad.

Requiring minimal washing, they are a great side to any dish on another wet winters’ night.

HOW TO PICK

Go for unsplit, clean white to yellow tubers. Fresh and firm.

HOW TO STORE

Store washed potatoes in the fridge safely for up to ten days.
