Dave's Pick of the Week (NSW) - Imperfect Pink Ladies
My pick this week is Imperfect Pink Lady Apples. Pink Ladies are by far the most widely grown and consumed apple in the country. They are the last apple to be picked each season and hence are, of course, the freshest apple at this time of the year. We have large fruit, smaller fruit and Imperfect fruit, a Pink Lady to suit every budget! This week we have an incredible value offer on imperfect pink ladies in our NSW stores, QLD yet to come. It’s at a price we thought was cheap 20 years ago, let alone now. They are a bit big (so our supermarket friends don’t want them, but they are first-grade apples at a ridiculously cheap price. They will keep well if you store them in your fridge.
