What an incredible cold snap for November this is. It's 2 degrees at my farm this morning. Absolutely perfect weather for selling cauliflowers. Really excellent quality caulies, mostly from Victoria, are flooding all markets this week. High in vitamin C and A, they can be enjoyed in a number of ways: baked in the oven with a covering of cheese, roasted, in curries, soups, stir fries and even pickled. Be sure to grab one or two of these snow-white gems this week.
