“This week, we are running a mixture of Hass and G max avocadoes. Both are large, very large and very good eating. I am taking both home and am equally happy with both.

Our oranges are now all navels and the best value is to found in the 3kg nets. Red seedless are the best grapes to eat, don’t be concerned that they are a bit on the small side and a bit pale, it’s how they eat that counts!

We have good supplies of Rocket apples this week; they are very popular with the kids in their lunch boxes, dear but you get quite a few apples for your kilo purchase.

Strawberries and Gold kiwi remain my first preference for fruit.”
