In fruit:
If you are a fan of passionfruit, this is your week. We have nets of ten fantastic passionfruit on special in our stores this week. This time of the year is very difficult for berries until the Queensland strawberries get underway, and I find passionfruit or Kiwi gold both delicious alternatives on my morning cereal until the berries come good again. Papaya and topless pineapples will both do that same job, and both are well priced this week. Enjoy the last of the figs for the season, cold weather down South will bring their season to a rapid end. As indicated above, berries are not great this week, mandarins are between districts, but all apples and pears are really good and well-priced .

Albo and Scomo couldn’t answer the question as to when Iceberg lettuce prices will come down but we at HFM can! This week our Icebergs are nearly half last week's price. Also, we have a great special on Kestrel potatoes again in all stores this week. Truss are still the best value tomato and shallots are very well priced this week.
