Shining a Light on Twenty10 This Mardi Gras

For LGBTQIA+ young people facing homelessness, family rejection or mental health challenges, having access to the right support at the right time can be life-changing.

Twenty10 exists to provide exactly that.

Based in Sydney, Twenty10 supports LGBTQIA+ people aged 12–25 with services designed to create safety, stability and connection. When home is no longer secure or identity becomes a source of conflict, their team offers practical and affirming assistance, from housing and homelessness support to counselling, case management and community programs that reduce isolation and build resilience.

Their approach is both compassionate and structured. It’s about meeting immediate needs while also helping young people move toward longer-term independence and wellbeing. For many, Twenty10 becomes a steady point during a period of uncertainty.

Twenty10 has been one of our partners through the GoGenerosity Pay-It-Forward program, and this March we’ll be partnering with them again, continuing our commitment to backing organisations delivering meaningful, on-the-ground impact.

Through GoGenerosity, our customers have the option to pay it forward with funds directed to charities creating tangible change in the community. Partnering with Twenty10 allows us to help extend the reach of services that directly support vulnerable young people.

To better understand the depth and importance of their work, we recently met with Twenty10’s CEO to hear more about the challenges LGBTQIA+ young people face and how the organisation continues to respond. We encourage you to watch the video and hear first-hand why this work matters.

We’re proud to continue supporting Twenty10 this March and to play a small role in amplifying the difference they make every day.
