Spaghetti Squash

 

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti quash 
  • Your favourite sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and halve squash lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out and remove seeds from the middle of each half. 
  2. Place squash, cut sides down into a dish. Pour 1/2 cup water into the dish and bake for 30 minutes until just tender.
  3. Rake a fork back and forth across the squash to remove its flesh in strands…like spaghetti!
  4. Serve with your favourite pasta sauce.
