Mango Coconut Popsicles

 

Ingredients

        Method

        1. Blend flesh from two mangoes in vitamix with 270ml tin of organic coconut cream, 100ml water and a pinch of Himalayan salt. 
        2. Pour into popsicle mounds and pop in freezer. Should only take a few hours to freeze.
        3. To remove, leave on bench for 5 mins to thaw slightly before pulling out of molds.
