Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until a fine puree.
Pour onto a lined baking tray and evenly spread to the edges.
Place in the oven and cook for 3-6 hours, depending on the fruit you used.
After 3 hours, check every hour until they are firm in the middle.
Remove from the oven and place on the bench. Peel off the baking paper and slice the edges off. Then cut in half lengthways and then cut in half again.
Roll and enjoy!
