Place the chia seeds in a mixing bowl and add 1 cup of hot water. Stir through until all water is absorbed and the chia thickens.
Place the chia in a medium size pot together your choice of Plant based milk. Bring to simmer while whisking so the chia is incorporated with the milk.
Add the sugar and stir through. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Serve the chia seed warm topped with granola, blueberries, sliced banana and dollop of yoghurt.
Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy warm.
