Finely grate the garlic and ginger and place into a bowl. Add the sweet chilli sauce and vegetable oil, and mix well.
Heat a work or fry pan over high heat, add ¼ cup of water and a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water has evaporated.
Add the garlic, ginger and sweet chilli mixture. Stir fry for approximately 3 minutes until sticky and caramelised. Serve hot and enjoy.
