Deconstructed Tomato Salad



  • 1 - 2 Truss tomatoes
  • 1 - 2 Kumato tomatoes
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 1 punnet medley tomatoes
  • 1 - 2 spanish onions
  • 1 bunch of basil leaves
  • Harris Farm Markets cherry bocconcini
  • Harris Farm Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Slice in quarters your selection of tomatoes
  2. Finely slice the spanish onion
  3. Toss together the tomatoes, onion and bocconcini
  4. Serve up on a plate top with basil leaves
  5. Drizzle salad with caramelised balsamic and olive oil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

TIP - As an alternative option serve up with toasted sourdough and some Harris Farm Fresh Riccotta to create tasty bruschetta.
