The Helga’s Prebiotic Ancient Grains & Seeds Bread is baked with a unique blend of prebiotic dietary fibres that delivers 2 times the fibre of Helga’s Mixed Grain Bread to support gut health. Each serve contains a minimum of 3g prebiotic fibre from high fibre ingredients including tapioca and whole grain barley.
