The Helga’s Prebiotic Wholemeal & Barley Bread is baked with a unique blend of prebiotic dietary fibres that delivers 2 times the fibre of Helga’s Traditional Wholemeal Bread to support gut health. Each serve contains a minimum of 4g prebiotic dietary fibre from high fibre ingredients including wheat, barley and tapioca.
Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour (40%), wheat flour, water, whole grain barley (7%), modified tapioca starch (1413) (7%), yeast, wheat gluten, vinegar, canola oil, soy flour, iodised salt, fermented wheat flour, malted barley flour, vegetable emulsifiers (471, 472e, 481), vitamins (thiamin, folic acid), processing aids (wheat).
