The Papandrea family has been making small goods or ‘salumi’ for generations. As a boy in Calabria, Vince fondly remembers helping his father raise and prepare the pigs to make a range of salumi using his grandfather’s recipes.
Italian-style sausages made with pork and a hint of fennel seeds. They're mild and a real crowd-pleaser. Cook them "low and slow" for the best results. Made in Australia from at least 99% Australian Ingredients.
