Sparkling wine is obtained from the glera variety grown in the province of Treviso.
The sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat method in an autoclave, where the wine undergoes first fermentation at a controlled temperature for over 30 days and is then left to rest for a further 10 days on the fine lees, before being subjected to stabilization and bottling processes
