Light pale salmon in colour as a result of minimal skin contact. Produced from a single parcel of Riverina Montepulciano grapes; estate grown and lightly pressed. Dry, savoury, moreish Rose’ with light strawberry notes. A style perfectly paired to the warmer months.

The nose, crushed strawberry, jasmine and Mediterranean allusions. The wine rides along a vein of skinsy crunch and further textural detail following a fermentation kicked off by wild yeast, partly in barrel, some of it new.
