RED WINE BRAISED GRASS FED BEEF CHEEK

Have you had the pleasure of eating beef cheek in a restaurant and have been wanting to recreate that dish at home but don't know where to start? Our grass fed beef cheeks are braised in a red wine base, so that the meat becomes juicy and tender and you get that rich taste and aroma of the red wine as it reduces. You can serve the beef cheek reheated as is with some sides such as roasted asparagus and some celeriac puree or you can further cook it so that it can be shredded down and turned into pulled beef for some restaurant worthy burgers. Another way to use it is to dice up the beef cheek, and turn it into a beef, ale, and bone marrow pie.
