Cara Cara oranges are fantastic at this time of year their flesh is tender, succulent and extremely juicy. They are a sweet pink fleshed navel, with a unique flavour reflecting a robust and complex citrus. Cara Cara's are rich in Vitamin C and A, folate and potassium they also boast the disease fighting antioxidant Lycopene. They make a great juice and are also good in salads, sauces, baking and as a jam.

HOW TO PICK
Look for bright-coloured oranges with a smooth skin that feel heavy for their size.

HOW TO STORE
Store in the fridge for two weeks.
