Brussels Sprouts are fantastic this week. Gone are the days of dread this healthy vegetable now comes less tough, smaller and sweeter then the olden days. Brussels sprouts are rich in vitamin C, a good source of folate, vitamin E and beta-carotene, and also contain iron.

Select firm brussels sprouts with bright, compact leaves.

HOW TO STORE
Store unwashed in a plastic bag in fridge for up to three days.
