Our delicious high protein, high fibre porrij is so much more than just oats. It’s a complex blend of organic supergrains amaranth, quinoa, golden flaxseed, macadamia nuts and almonds. Designed to sustain our healthy, active lifestyle, we created our gourmet porridge which is nutritious and full of natural goodness. Easy to prepare and created without any added sugars or fruits you can choose to top it with your favourite fresh fruits, honey, cinnamon or even our Brookfarm Walkabout Mix or simply enjoy it on it’s own. Preparation
Microwave: Combine Porrij and water or milk in a microwave safe bowl and lightly stir. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Stove Top: Combine Porrij and water or milk in a saucepan and stir to combine. Gently heat to a low simmer, stirring occasionally and cook until water is absorbed and Porrij has a thick and creamy texture (approximately 4 minutes).
