Fruits & veg is a very important part of our daily diet. That is why we always encourage children to eat them. Required Amount

Each person needs to consume at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. Perhaps you might think that this is quite a lot for one day. But actually it is not. Let’s try to investigate the equivalent of one serving.  A medium sized fruit or vegetable is equivalent to one serving. For instance, one serving can equal to one apple or one carrot

Eaten as Snacks

Fruits & veg can be eaten as snacks. You can bring it to your office and eat them during coffee breaks. Instead of eating chips, you can eat fruits. It can also be handy while travelling on a long journey. If you feel hungry at night then eat fruits & veg as your snacks.
