This vinegar is made from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Suitable for use in fresh summer and warm autumnal salads, roasted root vegetables and basting roast or bbq meats.

The Farm Our vineyard is located in Central West NSW, in a town called Billimari. The clean air and clarity of the country has meant our grapes are packed full of flavour and nutrients – contributing to the fantastic flavour of our vinegar. Our vineyard’s grapes are grown purely for our vinegar, so only the best produce makes its way into our bottles.
