Mango Coconut Popsicles


KP mangoes continue to be at their best and paired with coconuts, made into these refreshing Mango Coconut Popsicles by #HarrisFarmFoodie Katie Graham @kt_graham... they are absolutely refreshing on hot summer days!

Mango Coconut Popsicles



        1. Blend flesh from two Imperfect Picks mangoes in vitamix with 270ml tin of organic coconut cream, 100ml water and a pinch of Himalayan salt. 
        2. Pour into Popsicle mounds and pop in freezer. Should only take a few hours to freeze.

        3. To remove, leave on bench for 5 mins to thaw slightly before pulling out of molds.
