ORANGE HONEY MUSTARD GLAZE

TROPICAL PINEAPPLE GLAZE

SPICY CHERRY GLAZE

HOW TO MAKE THE GLAZES:

1. Place all ingredients (listed for your desired glaze) in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated and the sauce thickened.

2. Process with a stick blender, or transfer to a blender jug and puree. Place in a sterilised jar and allow to cool before placing lid on. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze in an ice cube tray for use later.

3. This amount (for example) will glaze one whole on-the -bone leg ham.
