These new season Shepard avocados are my favourite avocado of the year. With a smooth green skin and gold buttery flesh, these beautiful avo’s from North Queensland don’t go brown when cut making them perfect for salads.

HOW TO PICK
Shepard’s don’t go black on the skin as they ripen, you must judge the ripeness by the feel of the fruit. Pick avos which give gently when pressed on the top end.

HOW TO STORE
Store unripe fruit at room temperature. Once ripe, store in the fridge.
